some firsts!

well i don't have any pics but foster had some new firsts this week!
he had his first carrot for a snack. he basically shredded the whole thing while eating it. i kept finding little bits of carrot around the house! at least he enjoyed a healthy snack!
he also took his first swim this week too! he went for a walk with daddy in the wildlife management area by his work. i guess he was splashing around in the shallow part and then dave threw a stick in to the deep part and he went bombing in the water and swam out to retrieve it! afterwards he seemed a bit dazed and surprised with himself!
we're off to CT tomorrow for a visit with family and friends and the silver fox steely!!
