office/guestroom

we continue to pound away on our home improvement list this winter. you've already seen our newly painted bedroom, next was the office. we're changing things up a bit in this room & making it more of a guestroom than an office. it will still have a desk & computer but no filing cabinet, no bookcase, no dog crate and hopefully soon we'll add a new sleeper sofa & get rid of the futon. (we'll be taking reservations in the spring for any visitors!)
as usual DH picked out a fun color that we both are quite happy with. another valspar signature color from lowes, new england yellow. you may recall reading a few posts ago that we had some issues with buying "identical" paint from 2 different lowes stores. i highly recommend buying all your paint from the same store, even if it's the same darn color! in the end it all worked out. so keep in mind we're in a bit of a transitional phase here....hopefully i'll have pics to share of the finished product soon!
